Sample terms

These terms apply to evaluation samples supplied through AerialDataset by Avenian LLC, unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.

Permitted evaluation

You may download a sample and inspect it internally to determine whether to obtain a commercial license. You may check its formats, metadata, image quality, geometry and compatibility with your tools.

Restrictions

You may not use the sample to train or fine-tune models, publish or redistribute the files, provide them to another organization, or use them in production. Do not attempt to identify individuals, defeat location protections or use the sample unlawfully. Keep the sample and any included rights notices within your evaluation team.

Quality and ownership

The sample is a limited subset and does not guarantee the accuracy, coverage or contents of other datasets. Source contributors and applicable rights holders retain their rights. Photogrammetric outputs and positioning estimates are not independent ground truth.

After evaluation

Delete the sample when your evaluation is complete unless continued retention is covered by a written agreement. The commercial agreement, when executed, defines the rights and responsibilities for the licensed data.
