License the data.
Know what you can do with it.
Commercial terms are agreed around the datasets, versions and rights your project needs. There is no blanket license attached to a public catalog page.
Find the right scenes
Compare geography, capture information and retained media. Tell us about your intended training, evaluation or production use.
Evaluate & agree terms
Review a sample where available. We confirm the scope, dataset versions, permitted uses, restrictions, price and delivery in a written agreement.
Access your dataset
After the agreement and payment are confirmed, named users receive private access to the agreed versions through the customer portal and download API.
Help us find a useful fit.
Share your target environments and countries, required file formats, minimum image counts, accuracy requirements and deadline. Include whether you need training, evaluation, commercial deployment or redistribution rights.
Discuss a license ↗Important distinctions
Public metadata is not a media license
Discovery pages, previews and file inventories do not grant rights to the full files or to use them for model training.
Samples have limited terms
Evaluation samples are for internal inspection only. Training, publication, redistribution and production use require an appropriate written license.
Geometry is not a survey warranty
Photogrammetry and AerialAlign outputs are processing-derived. Unless specifically documented and agreed, they are not independently validated survey data.
Access is version-specific
Your account lists the versions and access period assigned to you. New captures, later processing versions and expanded rights are not automatically included.
